Hello! I’m Veronica Kosowski, an Animation Background Painter and Visual Development Artist.
In my role as Lead Background Artist at Factory Create, I helped bring the Emmy-nominated preschool TV show “Slumberkins” to life through background design and paint, in collaboration with The Jim Henson Company and AppleTV+.
I am passionate about storytelling, and believe in the power of visual stories to help connect, entertain and inspire us.
I earned my BA in Fine Arts with a specialization in Oil and Acrylic Painting from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I continued to study Visual Development and Digital Painting at The Magic Box Academy under the mentorship of Chris Oatley.
